You already have regulars. You run often enough that a three-month season makes sense. You can explain rewards in chat without slowing the pull. If you go live twice a month with a cold room, fix consistency before you polish a loyalty program.

• Good fit: steady breakers and category sellers with return buyers.
• Weak fit: brand-new accounts still hunting first fills.
• Goal: repeat purchase behavior, not a badge museum.

Season thinking

A season is a reset window. Use Season 3 analytics (when you have them) to change what underperformed. Copy last season if it worked. Do not copy it if chat ignored the perks.

Keep the promise simple enough to say in one sentence on stream. Long rule sheets die in the first BRB.

Tiers buyers actually understand

Name tiers like a human. Diamond and Platinum mean nothing if the perk is unclear. Tie each step to something buyers feel: early access, a weekly slot, a small physical add-on, shoutouts that are real.

1. Entry tier: easy to hit, teaches the habit.
2. Middle tier: where most regulars should live.
3. Top tier: scarce on purpose. If everyone is max tier, it is not a tier.

Custom badges and brand

Season 4 leans into custom tier names and badge icons. That is not only cosmetic. Badges are tiny brand marks buyers see next to loyalty progress. They should match your show color and stay readable small.

How to talk about it on stream

• One pinned explanation. Not a monologue every pull.
• Call out progress when someone hits a tier. Make it public and short.
• Do not pause a filled break to rebuild the whole club mid-show.

• Tier names with no plain-English benefit.
• Badges that clash with your show look.
