A clean OBS scene stack makes a custom pack feel easy. Game or camera first, then overlay, then alerts.
Scene order
- Create scenes: Starting, Live, BRB, Ending.
- Drop the matching screen or overlay into each scene.
- Add webcam and game capture under or inside the frame holes.
- Put alerts on a top source that stays across scenes if needed.
Sizing
Match canvas size to your stream output (usually 1920×1080). Do not stretch overlays to fill a different aspect.
Label sources clearly. Future you will thank present you at 2 a.m.
